Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling. Please read this policy before completing any transaction on CourseVu (coursevu.com).
Digital Products & Courses
All course and digital-product sales are final once you have accessed, downloaded, or streamed any content. We are unable to issue refunds after access has been granted.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical failure).
- You have not accessed any course materials and submit a written refund request within 7 days of purchase to support@coursevu.com.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions (CourseVu Member and CourseVu Pro) may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; no partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@coursevu.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
