What this is
Coaching is two jobs: the coaching itself and the business around it. This course covers both fundamentals — how to run intake and set expectations, how to structure a program and adjust it, and how to price, schedule and retain clients so the practice is sustainable rather than a treadmill.
You work through it at your own pace, lesson by lesson, applying each exercise to your own situation. It does not promise time saved, income or business results; what you get out of it depends on how you apply it to your own work.
What you will be able to do
- Client intake, goal setting and expectation setting
- Structuring a program and progressing it over time
