What this is
Traffic is expensive, so small improvements in how many visitors buy can matter a great deal. This course is a store-specific approach to conversion work. You will set up the analytics you need, map the shopping funnel, gather evidence from session recordings and customer feedback, and then improve the parts of the store with the biggest leaks: product pages, navigation, cart, checkout and post-purchase pages. You will learn to prioritize ideas and run tests carefully. You finish with a prioritized improvement backlog for your own store.
You work through it at your own pace, lesson by lesson, applying each exercise to your own situation. It does not promise sales, profit or a particular income; results depend on your products, your market, your budget and your execution.
