These Terms govern your access to and use of coursevu.com and related services (“Service”) operated by CourseVu. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorized access, and take responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Prices in USD unless noted; may change without notice.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method.
• All sales subject to acceptance; we may cancel or refuse orders.
• Taxes, shipping, and handling may apply at checkout.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are described on the relevant product/service page. Completing a purchase indicates your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, courses, software, downloadables — is the property of CourseVu or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Content

If you submit content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove user content that violates these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; transmit viruses or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; use bots or scrapers without written permission; misrepresent your identity; interfere with the operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourseVu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourseVu and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms and will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
